History: Tri-Chem has an illustrious history of manufacturing marketing the world's finest fabric and craft paints. Founded in 1948, today Tri-Chem is a multi-national company with products sold in more than 50 countries around the world.
Decades ago, Tri-Chem's chemist created a spectrum of specially formulated paint that would withstand repeated laundering or dry cleaning and still retain its brilliant colors. This paint was then put into a small tube with a ball-pont tip. For the first time, paint and an applicator were combined in a single container. This combination made the paint very easy to use without any preparation or mess. Tri-chem's new product was so unique that a patent was applied for and immediately granted.Tri-chem paints were intiially sold in stores. This method of distribution soon changed to in-home demonstration. People were captivated by the softness of the paint on fabric, the ease of application and the beautiful array of colors. Sales grew as new Instructors by the hundreds and thousands, joined the growing Tri-chem family.Today, Tri-chem is universally recognized as the finest home direct selling painting and teaching organization in the world!!
